I am very thorough in all my exams and give the upmost respect to every examinee I test. Pre-employment polygraphs are enormously beneficial for employers. Eliminating an applicant based on their past decisions is often only possible through polygraph testing and a necessity for employers needing an applicant with integrity. During my time as an examiner, I have also administered specific issue testing for those involved in criminal activity. In 2013 and 2017 I received the Cecil Johnson Meritorious Service Award for two cases in which both examinees confessed to felony charges after I administered a polygraph test. Through my years of work, my passion and pride has only continued to grow for administering polygraph tests.
